This occurs when a question is posed in which the answer is designed to support a proposition with embedded in the question with a weak answer or make you look defensive or weak if you ignore it. We see this today with the question what is the evidence that Ripple Prime (Hidden Road) will use or give utility to $XRP (apart from the statements of Brad G and Monica L). If you ignore it you look weak or defensive but you cannot answer it because you cannot possibly have the inside knowledge of Ripple to answer it. When you try to answer it with a weak argument the FUDsters pile on and attack the weak argument. Don’t fall for the fallacy. You don’t have to answer a question that a fair minded person would not ask and expect you to be able to answer. It’s up to you whether you want to trust Brad’s and Monica’s statements in the short term but the utility these acquisitions will bring to XRP will emerge in time, not today. In the meantime let the FUDsters post their 🤣😆Emojis at you and think they have won when you realise they are empty vessels and drop out of tedious and boring exchanges with them. The last 😆 will be on them and at them. And remember that they too do not have any special knowledge of how and to what extent Ripple Prime will use XRP and leverage the XRPL.
