Won’t get fresher paddock to plate than this. Interesting morning leaning about oyster 🦪 farming. Shucked & eaten right in the water they grow in. 30k spat fit in a matchbox & mud crab will eat dozens a day.

#insurance …. Who considers a 50.74% increase in premium for a header in one year, reasonable? We’ve never had a header claim in nearly 30 years of professional contract harvesting. They’ve “considered” headers as “very high risk” ….. “Considered” isn’t facts. @Warwick_Long
