@virginmedia Don’t you think after nearly a year someone would call me to discuss directly?Maybe this is normal and your teams don’t have time to deal with many cases like this.The only call I get is to confirm what I ordered last year and if I’ll be at home on a date no one will ever come.

Warning! You could be waiting almost a year for @virginmedia installing broadband/tv. I ordered the service in November 2022 with an installation date of January 4th. I’ve just had my 8th text and email to delay the installation by one month each time. Totally unacceptable.

@virginmedia No thanks. After 20 calls I think I’ve got one more call in me and it’s to seek compensation and cancel.

@virginmedia You guys called pretty quickly directly to me once I enquired about this in November last year and asked me to make a decision that day to get the “deal” but no one ever calls me. You ask us to call you.. so we have to fix your problems

@virginmedia People seem quite upset here about a month delay. I expect my delay to be 12 months.

@virginmedia Everyone I’ve told hasn’t believed how bad @virginmedia is and my experience has meant a number of people who were in the market for a new supplier haven’t contacted you. Customer experience is the worst I’ve experienced and there is no trust left.

@virginmedia For 5/6 months they put me through to pre installation team who weren’t sure and then later said permits… when I went to cancel about 6 weeks ago they said my permit was granted. I said I’ll give it one more month. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.
