The greatest worship you’ll offer to God is that which is borne out of hardship, pain, & times of suffering. Get to church this Sunday, turn your pain into praise. Don’t stay home where it’s easy. Put in the effort, add value to praise, don’t offer to God what cost you nothing.

You cannot defeat what you continue to feed. Victory is obtained through the daily discipline of self denial. God will give you the grace but you have to pick up the cross.

Today is Sunday, let us PREACH MORE SERMONS THAT… Deepen people’s understanding of a biblical text. Exegete the text with accuracy. Allow the Holy Spirit to convict and convince of sin. Call for repentance and evangelize lost souls. Come from the secret place of prayer.

You’ll always be a victim if you react emotionally to everything that happens around you. True strength is self-control; it’s restraint and tempering your response with wisdom & moderation. If emotions control you, anything and anyone can control you. Don’t be easily manipulated.

God tests before He elevates. Abraham was tested. Moses was tested. David was tested. Daniel was tested. Jesus was tested. You & I will be tested. You’ll know it’s a test when there’s a benefit gained by doing what is wrong—or a sacrifice avoided by not doing what is right.

A.I. is a great tool, but it's no substitute for prayer, digging into the Word, and the hard work of crafting a sermon. Don't fall prey to the laziness now gripping too many pastors. Powerful preaching comes from persistent perseverance and prayerful study in the prep time.

Great leaders focus as much on the people they are raising up as they do on the things they are getting done. People are not “resources” we use to complete the mission. People are the mission.
