This last primary election was a constitutional crisis and a civil rights violation due to the failure to provide correct information on voting sites. The state’s website gave incorrect information on where to vote. Then the Secretary of State’s system was down for the majority of the day on Election Day voting. Plus, we had massive election fraud with the machines and even with ballots as well. Yes, as we all know, this allegedly happened. But we have the proof that it did happen. I have been asked: If there were so many irregularities, why was no audit done? I will say this so there is no misunderstanding about myself—I am happy with my outcome because I was told I would not have a chance of winning. This is all about the constitutional rights that Texas citizens lost in this primary election. The civil rights violations are not being addressed. This is why many conservative voters are not voting. There is a massive mistrust in our elections and in the leadership that is doing nothing about it. This great State of Texas belongs to the Texas citizens, not our establishment Period. When will Texans come first and not just serve as an ATM machine for the Establishment? We don’t even have a clue who we are putting in the seats to represent our voices. Just look at TX-30 as an example. Were these candidates properly vetted? We are trying to clean up D.C., not send more Establishment candidates to run our country. God, please protect Texans, because without Texas, this country falls.

VI §4: "elections by the people." Not chaos, step towards restoration. @DCRP 2/ The Sept 15, 2025 DCRP CEC voted near-unanimously for TWO resolutions under TEC §123.001(b)(2): ✅ Separate precinct-based primary ✅ Hand-marked hand-counted paper ballots West unilaterally killed the hand-count on Dec 30, 2025, no CEC rescission vote. Governance violation under TEC §171.022. 3/ 64 Dallas precinct chairs sent a formal objection letter (March 29, 2026). West's response: he had "no interest" in their requests, then authorized the letter's public release. 35 CEC members signed the petition that ultimately ended his tenure. The grassroots held the line. 4/ Dallas got half the plan on March 3: precinct voting on BMDs. The hand-marked hand-counted paper ballot piece was the piece that would have delivered real ballot box integrity was gutted by West before it had a chance to work. The sabotage worked. Then the chaos was blamed on the plan. 5/ The Texas Constitution protects FOUR things through one mechanism: 🔒 Secrecy-Art. VI §4 · TEC §52.062 · §122.001(a)(1) 🛡 Security-TEC §122.001(a)(4) ⚖ Purity- Art. VI §4 ("purity of the ballot box") 📋 Auditability - TEC §122.001(a)(10) One structural requirement delivers all four: every ballot in the box cast by a qualified registered voter from that precinct 6/ Purity = every ballot in the box is the same style, cast by verifiable voters from that precinct. No ballot can be picked out. No voter can be reverse-identified. The community can witness. The precinct roll can audit. Countywide polling + electronic poll books + commingled ballots destroys all four pillars at once. 7/ And this isn't just a CWPP county problem. Under TEC Chapter 85, early voting defaults to countywide access statewide. Small counties can preserve integrity, one location, precinct-specific check-ins, precinct-bounded ballot boxes. But most Texas counties run commingled ballots with electronic poll books pulling any ballot style on demand. That architecture enables large-scale undetectable fraud, by design. 8/ What actually went wrong on March 3 wasn't precinct voting. It was in big part: ❌ SOS TEAM system VoteTexas.gov misdirecting voters ❌ KNOWiNK ePollbook errors ❌ DCED refusing to print paper poll books ❌ Budget delivered Dec 23 with 8 days to review ❌ Coordinated vendor infrastructure failure 9/ Four Texas county official associations TACEO, CDCAT, CJCAT, TACA sent FORMAL warning letters to SOS Jane Nelson in October 2025 and February 2026 documenting critical TEAM system failures. The SOS did nothing. The failures happened anyway. Then Republicans got blamed. 10/ THE VENDOR-CAPTURED MEDIA: 11 articles. 9 news outlets. One coordinated message: NBC · CNN · Washington Post · CBS · ABC · Votebeat/Texas Tribune · KERA · KUT · Austin American-Statesman · Democracy Docket · Dallas Observer Same framing. Same omissions.
