On this Good Friday, be reminded that Jesus came into our world to save us. Instead of bringing hate and war, He brought love and peace. Instead of striving to be an arrogant self-serving king, He was our humble self-sacrificing saviour. The world needs more of this today.

Aging, sickness, and disease take a toll on our bodies. The longer we live, the more we realize the limits of our earthen vessel. The outside may be wasting away, but those who have been born into the Kingdom by the Spirit are continually renewed on the inside.

We cannot thank Jesus enough for all he has done for us and all that he is doing for us. He came into our world and made the way to bring us to God. #ThankYouJesus

Although they had forsaken Jesus at the cross and were hiding behind locked gates and doors, He still considers them His family. He loves them and will come to them to dispel all of their fears and anxieties. bit.ly/WomenPreachers

Jesus left glory and all of its riches to come into our world and reveal His Kingdom. Theologians refer to this emptying process that Jesus willingly went through as "kenosis." After the resurrection, the opposite of kenosis took place—Jesus was re-glorified.
