@VickiGr37580663 @Galsen_24 Of course u can’t smoke and drive. I know im correct that the Smell of marijuana is no longer probable cause for a search. Sure if ur actively smoking down ur screwed. But a roach in the ashtray doesn’t work anymore. They need something else to warrant a search.

@Viralvid_89 Just shameful. Great example of bad cops. Man was just getting some rest. Should have said take ur time but u can’t come back. And maybe suggest some social services that maybe might help his situation. I’m sure he cashed in. Cops behavior is appalling and warrants a civil suit.
