@RobertDyas despite sending DM yesterday as requested still no call received. Three hours on phone & promise of two call backs but still nothing. Extraordinary.

@RobertDyas DO NOT USE this company. £700 left my bank account on 7/6/22 for an order which I found out subsequently was overpriced. The order has not only gone missing but the money has not been refunded.

Update on Lorna Brooke for anyone who wishes to pass on good wishes. Please no phonecalls to Sue, she appreciates the messages but is overwhelmed currently trying to process eveything! I will post an update here once we have seen her tomorrow! Thank you everyone for your thoughts
