Court documents suggest the threats were motivated by white supremacist and antisemitic ideologies, with Marcoulier allegedly claiming the act was necessary to ensure the "white youth is secured". He has been charged with transmitting a threat in interstate commerce. If convicted, Marcoulier faces a maximum of five years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine.
