Personal highly controversial opinion incoming. It still doesn’t sit right with me that the remaining CM’s are males. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHO IS MORE OR LESS QUALIFIED, but because there are many female and underrepresented voices in the community whose concerns and needs may not be heard or addressed with the same intensity. The needs of these groups are often very different than the majority male voice, in a way that a male CM may not be able to fully comprehend. (This isn’t a “hot take”. It’s an opinion.)
