@virginmedia Hmm, the response isn't showing for me, are you sure you replied? As you can see from the screenshot (I am also happy to provide the tracking number for the parcel) I have done my bit. If yodel lose it then it isn't my fault so can that charge be removed today/tomorrow please?

Hi @virginmedia I have received a bill today for not returning my router to you after leaving. I have in fact sent the router back to you (dropped with yodel on Dec 1st). How can I get this charge removed please?
