It's been a while due to holidays and life changes, but we just released a new update on severalpeople.itch.io/the-gristmill! We added game saves, updated the tutorial and improved enemy behavior. We also added a counter for the number of expeditions you complete. How far can you go?

congratulations to the student creators of 'Gristmill' (severalpeople.itch.io/the-gristmill) which has just won "Best Student Game" AND "Best In Show" for digital games at the Boston Festival of Indie Games (@BostonFIG)! Way to go team! #tigerpride

They submitted their game to the student game category of BostonFIG in the spring semester, and this past weekend won both "Best Student Game" and "Best in Show" for the Digital Games category for their capstone project. The game can be found at severalpeople.itch.io/the-gristmill. CONGRATS!

The Several People team of 2019 MS students are made up of Robert Bailey, Jason Rose, Trevor Walden, Sam Levey, Tetyana Kolomiyets, and Ashwin Ganapathiraju who created the game The Gristmill. The Gristmill previously won an award at RPI Gamesfest 2019 for Technical Excellence.
