Morning.
Most productivity advice is bollocks.
You don’t need a fancy system. You need to stop doomscrolling the second you wake up and actually do one useful thing before your brain goes to shit.
I started with just drinking a pint of water and writing down the one thing I refuse to fuck up today. Nothing else.
Simple as. Changed more than all the apps and planners ever did.
