@group1autouk trying to get Group 1 Norwich to call to help with buying a car seems impossible. No one answers the phones and the AI bot is frustratingly awful. Clearly selling enough cars to not worry about this.

@group1autouk struggling to get your Group 1 Assured to respond properly to a post purchase issue. I've had to get the finance company involved instead of a simple refund being issued. It's not good customer service and has ruined the purchasing experience. Help!

@group1autouk avoid using this company - especially if you are. motability customer, do not accept your conversation as what you’re signing and ask for print outs don’t sign on screen assuming your specialist can be trusted.. beware - they also don’t listen to complaints

@group1autouk July 2024, I incurred a cost just shy of £3,000.00 to repair a Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) / AdBlue system fault on my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, I now have an Engine Management light on for the same system this time DEF temperature sensor which I also paid to have it diagnosed

Not everyone gets it right all the time, but the service from @LandRoverUK, @group1autouk and @thepaddymcg in sorting my Dad out with another brand new Range Rover has been superb. Yes I know, people will say it shouldn’t have gone wrong in the first place, but in all businesses it’s how you’re looked after when things DO go wrong that you can tell what kind of company they are. Plus, everyone knows if you could only have one car it would be a Range Rover!
