Still nothing today. Pathetic levels of service. I used to recommend Kia to anyone looking for a car. Have driven Kia for 20 years. It's over for me, shame. @KiaUK @KiaUKPR @Kia_Worldwide

@TrentTelenko Uvalde, 300 cops w long guns, listened to kids die. Bondi, handful of cops w pistols, did the job. You're a douche, unfollowed.

This is laughable low standard compared to Texas law enforcement ⬇️ "The detective hid behind a tree approximately 40 meters from Sajid Akram, 50, and his son Naveed, 24. From that distance - with a handgun - he fired the shot that killed the father. Police sources told The Daily Telegraph: "Given the distance, it was a once in a lifetime shot."" 1/2

🇦🇺 BONDI BEACH SHOOTING: ONE DETECTIVE. ONE PISTOL. NO BACKUP. Footage shows a plainclothes Sydney detective creeping up on the Bondi Beach terrorists as they fired from a pedestrian bridge. No tactical gear. No rifle. Only his sidearm and 15 years on the force. The detective hid behind a tree approximately 40 meters from Sajid Akram, 50, and his son Naveed, 24. From that distance - with a handgun - he fired the shot that killed the father. Police sources told The Daily Telegraph: "Given the distance, it was a once in a lifetime shot." Video shows the detective approaching from behind cover while both shooters were actively engaging. After the fatal shot dropped Sajid, his son Naveed left cover and returned fire at police before he was also shot and critically wounded. Multiple heroes that day: Ahmed al Ahmed (civilian) wrestled a rifle from Sajid mid-attack, forcing him to retreat and re-arm. 2 other bystanders confronted one shooter as he exited his car - both were killed. Then this detective made the kill shot that ended Sajid's rampage. NSW Police won't comment - critical incident investigation ongoing. But the footage doesn't lie: detective saw active shooter situation, closed distance, took the shot, killed the threat. Sources: The Nightly, Daily Telegraph, LBC, The Conversatio, @PolymarketIntel

@Saul_Sadka Those of us outside the banana call it the ZOB. Zone of Boring, and pity those who cower within.

This is the London Banana. As long as you stay within the Banana, you'll have a great time in London. Almost everything outside the Banana is horrible these days, best avoid. Not clear why, or when this happened. But it is what it is.

I once fired a staff member who had been coming late to work. I didn't care to know why he was acting the way he did. I had earlier warned him about his late coming that week, and the following week, when I discovered he had come late 3 times, I issued a sack letter to him.

Brexit was always going to hurt the Conservative Party more than any other, since they were the ones enacting it. From there, people were going to split into “Brexit was a bad idea” or “Brexit didn’t work because the Tories screwed it up” camps.

it's weird to be a nobody and have a large account bc when my acct started growing, i saw a professor of economics at a big university say he loathes me and then a NYT columnist say "it's time for him to die. it's not his fault, but it's time for twitter to kill him now"

@PeterVerpoorten Peter, Golda Meir said it 50 or so years ago and it's still true today: "If the Arabs put down their guns there would be no more fighting. If the Israelis put down theirs there would be no more Israel."
