Girls Soccer Parent Award Winner: Katie Lucken Congratulations!!!!

Her favorite memories from Groves were winning a districts game last year, team trips to Dairy Deluxe, & practices playing soccer tennis w/ Paul Katie wants to thank Rachel & Alexis, all of her coaches, & her parents. She‘ll miss preseason rides w/ Riley, Sophia, Elodie, & Ella

Senior spotlight: Katie Lucken #14 4 year varsity, 2 year captain. Katie played everything except forward & goalie for Groves. She has been playing soccer for 14 years, 11 with United F.C. She will be going to the UofM Ross School of Business & has signed to their rowing team!

Her favorite memories were winning the 1st district game last year, tearing it up at soccer tennis w/ Katie during Paul’s practices, & just playing the sport she loves Rachel wants to thank her coaches, teammates, parents, & Katie for being her co-cap & teammate for so long

Senior spotlight: Rachel Pawlik #19 4 year varsity player, 2 year captain. Rachel played center defense for 4 years. She has been playing soccer for 14 years, 8 of them with travel club United F.C. Rachel will be studying at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business!

Her favorite memories from Groves soccer are winning the first round of districts game last year against North Farmington, and all the winter season Oakland Yard games :) Alexis wants to thank all of her coaches and teammates!!

Our first senior spotlight: Alexis Kruntovski #10 Alexis has been a strong offensive attacker for Groves, and has been playing soccer for 10 years! Alexis will be attending the University of Toronto and plans on being a human biology major! More on our Insta @grovesgirlssoccer
