It strikes me that the US is a much more poorly-governed and managed country than Canada. Perhaps we should make them the 11th province. They can manage our fires, which they seem to think they can do better than us even as their own West is on fire, blowing its toxic fumes into Mexico, they'll have *legitimate* access to our resources, our respective manufacturing & auto industries can stop shuffling back and forth, and most importantly, *they'll have a grownup managing their country again for the first time since 2008*! Win-win for everyone. Plus: Federally legal weed and Kentucky can sell its alcohol here once again! No more tariffs! No more 'forever' wars!

Every other country in the world has forests and finds a way to manage the risk and limit fire devastation. Canada did too until it plummeted to 3rd world status. Now we all pay the price.
