Propping up the popularity table was Green Curly Kale, with a swap out:in ratio of 28:1. Who knew kale could be so divisive??

If kale based customer shopping insights is your thing then you'll love this. Using week 42 sales @sandylanefarm For every 1 customer that swapped Cavolo Nero OUT of their veg box, 30 swapped it IN, making it the most 'popular' swap that week.
