This Saturday is the 1st of June, our next community morning at The Kymin.... We will be planting some tansy and mugwort in the bed in front of the pagoda. We'd also love to plant some rhubarb and day lilies.If you've got any of these going spare, do bring them along!

This Saturday, 18th May is our next community morning at The Kymin with @friendsofthekymin We will be planting flax in the food forest, sowing some salsify seeds to take home to enjoy & some other jobs too, and herb tea from the garden! See you there! #thekymin #penarth

Our next community morning at The Kymin with Friends of the Kymin is this coming Saturday, 9th March, 10-12. With signs of spring really springing up now, it's sure to be a glorious morning at The Kymin!

Our next community morning with @friendsofthekymin is this coming Saturday. We will be aiming to scythe the seabank meadow, & carry on mulching the tiny food forest with cardboard & woodchip. We will have a short break at 11 to enjoy some herb tea & a chat together 💚🍏😀

Last Saturday we gathered at The Kymin for our orchard morning with Friends of the Kymin We pruned, we wassailed! Thanks to all who came. We learnt well together We love making these new traditions at The Kymin, wonderful time together. #thekymin #wassail #communityorchard

Looking forward to seeing those of you who can make it to our pruning and wassail celebration tomorrow!

Join us at The Kymin for our first session of 2024! We will be pruning the fruit trees and enjoying a wassail celebration, to wish the trees well and promote a good harvest. We will also enjoy a cup of herbal tea, a chat and a slice of apple cake. All welcome!

New Year New Plans! Litter picks, family walk, planting for pollinators, "Incredible Insects" event, Bat walk and a Spring Flowers walk. And that's all coming up in the next 4 months. More details to follow.
