Tenerumi are the leaves and tender shoots of the long trombetta squash that we grow at Field28. These greens have a slightly nutty taste with a bitter edge. Eaten all over Sicily sautéed with garlic & olive oil or as part of a traditional pasta dish served at the end of summer
