Even if you give him more than 360° report he will complain. Like he had dissented on May 5 to the 3 member bench. Did you hear SC CJI/any other Judge appointed dissented on that process? And a SC court Justice/CJI is the only unbiased person in that 3 member committee which selects DG of CBI. Rahul is like Jinnah. He had nothing to do with it and will obstruct everything. Though the GD's tenure is ending he just started to create chaos around it from December and want to show to the nation that the system is failed. On May 7 the tenure ended. He could've written this letter officially not declaring on twitter. But why is he doing that? Getting a 360° report is his bonafied right as member of that committee. After going through that report, then only he can suggest the candidate on merits.
