Following - Currently seems to be accounts I am following even if not following me back. So, what we need added is a "recommended" tab. A place where X can show us posts from new accounts we aren't following based on stuff we have liked and interacted with.

Sure. All CongressCritters come to DC with high ideals. Then the reality sets in, and they find that all they can do is sit in a room outside the capitol and make phone calls to raise money. So they don't have time to read bills, they rely on their staff to do the work. Staff runs DC, and they're uniformly rich kids because DC is expensive, because only 25% is white.
