@JocelynBrewer @cathywilcox1 @PSyvret @smh Yes, I taught 2 terms of Digital Technology to grade 7,9, & 10 very recently. Half the class didn't really pay attention because they think they know better than the old guy, and because a crowded curriculum doesn't give you time to gove it depth.

@MichelleArrow1 Uni makes it worse these days. Library search engines can search for phrases from books and texts, so students can write assignments using references from books they have never read a page of.

I remember one of my first uni assignments was to write a book review. Perhaps it’s time to revive that idea?

Even using cctv footage, how would govt identify small number of visa holders (ie non-citizens) amongst protestors who may possibly be subject to a cancellation? Would the footage provide sufficient evidence for a cancellation even if visa holders could be identified?
