Big achievement for British-based Saint Lucian 400m runner Marvric Pamphile who makes the final of the 400m at the NACAC Championships with a PB of 46.06s (4th-AT 🇱🇨) Pamphile serves in the British Army and was on deployment in Cyprus as recently as May!
