We stand in reading and acting Shakespeare to move on from the misogyny of his time (and the misogyny that still exists today). In Titania, Juliet, Rosalind, Lady Macbeth, Beatrice, and other countless characters of the Bard’s that are women, we hope to envision strong symbols.

From one bard to another, Happy Burns Night!

This will be taking place on the 13th January at 6pm, hosted in the Record Factory. Shit-Faced is sure to be a super fun time, so come along. There will be an entry fee of £1 for members and £3 for non-members.

SHIT-FACED SHAKESPEARE For the upcoming semester, we will begin our socials’ events with Shit-Faced Shakespeare. The Society will be putting on Julius Caesar, and we still have a few roles available - message the Board for further details 😉

Happy Hogmanay to you all! In looking ahead to the second semester, we have two events to announce 🙂 Both will take place during Refreshers, so make sure to come along if you want to learn about the society.

And remember, even though the online tickets to As You Like are sold out, there are still tickets available on the door! Cottiers Theatre, 7pm (doors open at 6.30pm)!
