If the US banned immigrant from countries which rank lower on the Corruption Perceptions Index than it does the ban would cover more than 165+ countries, including most of the third world. America should not bring in immigrants from societies where corruption is endemic.

Just a friendly reminder that most of the Somalis and in fact a great deal of welfare fraud in general are legal immigrants. Many who have been naturalized. It's much simpler for a legal immigrant to set up the infrastructure necessary to defraud taxpayers.
