@Jawsol_ @0xBiZzy @StreetFDN To be clear, you are not holding a literal piece of a company through ERC-S, neither do you hold equity or ownership interest in these companies. - Guardian

@0xBiZzy @StreetFDN Or, grok’s alternative In simple terms: it’s like owning a piece of a company’s upside without it being a security, so tokens finally have real, lasting value instead of just hype. Combined with token integration into the company, whatever their product/service may be.

We are definitely at that point in the cycle where many influencers/KOLs who lost it all, begin to get desperate and do dumb things for very small amounts of money. It happens every cycle and I’ll tell you what, many times you see people you wouldn’t expect. Heads on a swivel 🫡

Most people lose because they chase noise. $ORGO isn’t noise. It’s building quietly With equity exposure via @StreetFDN That’s where the edge is.

@sonder_crypto Agree - good for a trade then trends down. This is why I'm hopeful on @StreetFDN. Equity exposure onchain. Only path to bringing conviction back imo.

People will shill $250K toppers on the timeline all day... But they will bring out the pitchforks the minute something runs to $8M and pulls back -65% after a 1000%+ move As long as you aren't aping the pico top, the coin that runs from 0 > $8M gives the average trader a much bigger window to make money. I don't get the hate for people that are putting up their own capital and sharing their thesis. CAPTCHA is genuinely interesting as a concept. That doesn't mean it'll succeed but that it's worth a gamble. Citrini is literally actively posting on the platform and it runs on crypto rails.

ERC-S does not allow tokenholders to participate in guaranteed upside in case of an M&A event. Every grant and/or distribution is discretionary through an external governance token, which is not the KLED token. Please read through ERC-S.com for details. - Guardian

The answer is @StreetFDN TLDR re Street is that in the event of an IPO, token holders get paid Meaning holding $KLED exposes you to the financial upside of @useKled 's success Other than this, there's also token buybacks based on revenue
