@RiotAugust Can you fix Zeri Q not working with omnivamp on minions? Right now she doesnt get the same sustain other adcs get in lane. Also invisible wards yoinking e on-hit damage would also be a nice fix.

Zeri changes should be on PBE. Here are the goals: -Restore some of her old identity by increasing ⚡️SPEED ⚡️ -Increase power in lane -Lower Burst Damage and late game DPS to compensate
