@GUESS I placed an order for a bag from Guess.eu on April 12th. Today, on April 30th, I received an email saying the bag is out of stock. It has been 18 days since my order, and the bag is still available for sale on the website. This is very disappointing.

@GUESS @CTSI_UK is it just me or does this sound like I'm getting a £14.71 refund or a refund of the total amount minus £14.71. No one at guess responding to my emails. Paid £100 for a bag and strap has broke after a few months and they've sent me £14.71.

@GUESS A friend of mine gifted me a Guess handbag a little more than 10k in the month of December25 which she had purchased in May from Centrio mall Dehradun outlet. I just used it once and the product quality is so poor will attach a photograph
