I4C, MHA in collaboration with CenCOPS successfully conducted a 5-day training programme on Digital Forensics and Cyber Investigation in Chandigarh for Investigating Officers (IOs) from the State Police of Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Chandigarh, and Rajasthan. The programme focused on strengthening the investigative and technical capabilities of law enforcement officers in handling cybercrime investigations and digital evidence-related cases. Expert faculty members and cyber specialists conducted practical sessions, real-life case studies, and scenario-based exercises to provide participants with hands-on exposure to modern forensic tools, digital evidence handling procedures, and advanced cyber investigation techniques. The training enabled officers to gain practical insights into investigating cyber-enabled crimes, analysing digital evidence, tracing online activities, and understanding evolving cyber threats.
