I've noticed a trend in 80s Tomino anime where the "mid-season upgrade" becomes a possible mode of transport for the previous main mecha / allies. Sadly the Walker Gallia doesn't really fit with this very specific trend, we could have had 4 in a row!

@Maka_Strider I can absolutely believe it. There's no way they'd have let it be pure gray in a TV show, and it kinda lacks a place where it could really be used at all. It also wouldn't be able to fall back on the plane nerd aesthetic angle since ZZ was not concerned with fighter jet realism.

I'm surprised Bandai hasn't gotten their greatest side story slop arriors working on GQuX stuff. Thats like an infinite money glitch, given they have a couple of decades worth of existing UC side slop they can work with. And fuck, I'm not immune to it, I'd eat up GQuX MSV.

@CatacombSaint_ What's funny is those are closer to his original GMIII linearts, the thing got saved by corrections from other artists. Happened with the victories too, their more known linearts aren't what the animators were referencing off of.
