@XboxSupport @XboxGamePassPC Have been trouble shooting for a few hours now, cannot get Halo MCC and Gears Tactics to download on my PC. I have Game Pass Ultimate. Gears Tactics was working, then an update came out and wont download.

@GearsViking I never thought I'd say this but Gear packs were better. I hardly play Gears 5, because I can't play my favourite Character (Hoffman).

We’re learning as we go. This is a completely different economy from Gears 4 (removed Gear packs) so it will take a little time to work through any issues. Our first attempt is not our last and we will continue to evolve until we get it right

@GearsViking I'm just scared that our beloved game franchise is going to go into the direction of something like Battlefront 2. I know you guys aren't going to make the game pay to win. The prices and grinding are just kinda ridiculous for people that cant spend that time or money.

@Gundrill @XboxSupport Can you bypass the router and use wired with your modem to see if it's a router issue, just to test?

@XboxSupport Last night couldn't connect to Online Parties at all due to random Teredo errors. Tonight cannot connect to Xbox Live at all due to Error Code 0x800704cf. Googled and tried all the trouble shooting steps. Xbox is on IP4 with a Static IP for Port Forwarding.

@Xbox_Amb_Teagan @XboxSupport Yeah I can, that didn't work either. My networking gear and settings haven't changed at all for a while. It wasn't until Wednesday night random party disconnects, but I could still connect to Live. Now I can't at all.

@Gundrill @XboxSupport Can you set the DMZ of your router (in the admin page) to the static IP of your xbox? That bypasses all firewalls, which may be causing this.

@Xbox_Amb_Teagan @XboxSupport Hi, I tried that earlier and just now again. Same issues. Even with everything on default, then back to static, exact same errors.

@Gundrill @XboxSupport Please reformat your console keeping games and apps like this: Settings > System > Console Info & Updates > Reset console > "keep games and apps". Account redownload required. This fixes this problem for many others.

@Xbox_Amb_Teagan @XboxSupport Nope, I get "Everything is good", and "NAT is Open". But Error code 0x0000000000000000 when I try the Multiplayer Test. But if I idle on the Network menu, NAT Type: Unavailable: xbox.com/xboxone/teredo Service info in unavailable.

@Xbox_Amb_Teagan @XboxSupport Hi, I appreciate the help. I've tried that multiple times (and again just now). As soon as the Xbox turns back on the same error comes up, "You'll need the Internet for this. Error code 0x800704cf

@Gundrill @XboxSupport Please clear your alternate MAC address: Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > And then reboot console when prompted.
