How does this event work with actually getting Hoppip? I made her habitat but she’s not showing up, but when i checked the environment list it says she’s here with no home. But i can’t talk to her at the pokemon center? And everything online says she should come to the habitat?

Took 2 days due to the item grind, so apologies its so late. The goal was to have 3-4 shops but I didnt have enough stuff items.. Build includes a plaza/park design and town entrance on the ocean
