$INT $INT.ST announced a order worth €22 million for delivery this year, on a saturday. Most likely MoveoMed GmbH. The counterparty has 4–5 employees and €0.7 million in assets. €22 million corresponds to roughly 2,200 machines. There are 1,900 hospitals in Germany, so this is enormous. This should be a public procurement since it’s a single order, and it must therefore be a back-to-back deal with end customers for MoveoMed. I’ve gone through EU public procurement databases — the largest tender I found was in the UK, where they ordered two UV robots. Moveomed, yuvio or dolphin was not mentioned. MoveoMed has received a massive order, yet they haven’t announced it on their website or LinkedIn. That’s an insane number of robots for DolphinCare to produce, which Yuvio buys from. DolphinCare has only two employees. Yuvio’s payment terms are 15% upfront and 85% after three years. It’ll be interesting to see if €22m × 0.15 = €3.3m in cash comes in during Q4.
