And that is fine. I don't know if English is the problem or just illiteracy. A charge is not a conviction. A charge is still an allegation - a formal allegation.
People who say Arsenal should have stopped playing him are all idiots. If the court finds him guilty, you can then terminate his contract. Until then, he is allowed to keep playing. Use your brain.
Miss me with that crap of other clubs suspending players over an allegation. Those clubs were dumb as fuck and actually deserved to be sued. Man City were stupid as fuck! Arsenal is the first club to act decently. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights(UDHR), adopted by the UN in 1948 and thus binding in the UK, provides in Article 11 for the innocence of an accused until proven guilty. This is also enshrined in Article 14 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
Last year, somebody on Twitter lost his job over a rape allegation, and he was fired. It turned out it was false allegation. He hasn't recovered till date. Allegation is still just an allegation. Just put yourself in his shoe and imagine losing your job because someone made an allegation against you. You've not been heard, and the court has not ruled. But you are deemed guilty by mere word of mouth. I thought you people went to school.

1. Partey has been charged with rape.
2. Partey has denied guilt.
Why should the accuser's allegation be stronger than the accused's defence? By law, Partey is innocent until proven guilty. Wait for the court before you serve punishment. How hard is that to understand?

Arsenal continued to play Thomas Partey while knowing he was under investigation for serious crimes. 🤯
