If your home is surrounded by trees, you can drink fresh water and fruits directly from trees, and can do sadhana or daily medication without any disturbance, you are living luxurious life. I want to make it clear that I am not disrespecting him, I do follow his inner engineering program.

@CommanMan777589 @namitathapar I follow most of Sadguru ji's advice but can't resonate with his idea of sleeping less, may be it is a men's thing, us women need to sleep more.
