@MaryJoe10344634 @ShaziGoalie Simple example without getting too fancy. Buyer A buys precon for 1M, pays 200K deposit and cant close. Builder ends up selling property to Buyer B for 500k. Builder turns around and sues Buyer A for the difference of the 1M-200k(deposit)-500k(Buyer B price)+Lawyer fees etc.
