Whatever you offer with devotion, be it thorns, leaves, or water, Shiva accepts. Everything belongs to the Divine anyway, but the offering helps the feeling blossom within you.

Shivratri is the bridge between the material world and the ethereal world within you. It is a time to dive inward, withdrawing from external engagements to rest in your Self. Singing, chanting, and puja are just aids for this.

On my maiden visit to Oman, we had an evening of music, meditation, and wisdom at Madinat Al Irfan Theatre in Muscat. I was welcomed warmly by the people. It is a beautiful country with the right ecosystem for peacebuilding. @ArtofLiving has been active in Oman for the past 27 years. It recognized important people who have contributed significantly to society.
