My 16 year old just texted from her YYC classroom in social studies where a sub decided to share his views on the residential school ‘hoax’ and then went on an anti vax tirade. They kids recorded him and had an appointment with the principal before I even called the school ❤️

Keto Day 5/30 Had a Cobb salad for lunch (one of our favourite meals) and I've been making bone broth all day. Pesto baked salmon and broccoli for dinner. Chocolate avocado chia pudding for dessert! Feeling great!
