Twitterverse! Are there any good alternatives to @eightsleep? Backstory: Our hub broke after 2 years. We grew to like the cooling, but the pod had been suuuper buggy before eventually breaking. The worst part is that what "broke" it was just us changing our wifi password and it being unable to reconnect. Their team was nice, but took 2 weeks to eventually agree the pod was indeed unusable, which is kind of wild given the trigger. Their solution is us buying a replacement since it's out of warranty. Feels tough to do given the tech issues we've had. What else is out there that achieves the cooling, but with more reliability?
