🚨INSANITY🚨 A judge is blocking the deportation of a Cuban man who hijacked a plane to the United States in 2003 and spent 21 years in prison was later released in 2023 under supervision. Miakel Guerra Morales removal to Cuba was delayed due to torture concerns (CAT protection). ICE arrested him again in December 2025 and tried to deport him to Mexico instead. He remained in immigration detention for more than six months. The court ruled there was no realistic chance he would be deported anytime soon, since the government showed no proof that Mexico had agreed or that real efforts were being made. The judge granted his habeas petition and ordered him released within 24 hours under supervision. ICE can detain him again later if removal becomes likely.

During Christmas season at the Post Office Carriers can often be out until 8 or 9 pm. This is dangerous. Also most car accidents are high at Dark. Crime is. Deer hit and run occur at this time . No brainer . I need sunsets at 830 all year . Not to mention it’s allot easier to BBQ @TomiLahren
