Following are the steps for the reconciliation of the payment status where payment is not deducted. As shown in first image select fee payments option. Do not go directly to verify pay status. Your payment status will be updated. After that re-initiate payment.

@cotguj From junagadh.I had applied for re-test of learning license and from last 1 month 30min error is repeatedly shown in image. I had complain to RTO office but they can't solve the error, others thousand of people have same problem. so please take step fast so we get license
