The universal sensitivity slider for First and Third Person ADS is a known issue - we're working to add a separate Third Person ADS sensitivity slider into the current Arcade Mode as soon as its ready.

Yes, I was amongst the unfortunate to be laid off yesterday. It was a great run. I got the privledge to start working on H1Z1 from the beginning and it has been a long road. Time to move on to a new venture in the game dev industry. Thank you for the good times H1Z1!
