Invitation @Resan75262906 If you genuinely believe that the arrangements with Mr. Canouse are so beneficial to him that they are exhorbitant, then you would presumably be interested in replacing him in such arrangements, and providing such financing yourself instead of Mr. Canouse, in his place If so, then I am sure that Mr. Canouse would be delighted for you to take over. Mr. Canouse's biggest problem is that firms who accept his investment loans are in difficult straights when they turn to him with promises of how well they will do in their business going forward. Then, reality sets in, and goals are not met. That means that the investment loans (which would have been at a normal commercial rate) are not retired on time and need to go into a conversion exercise, at least a couple of years later. If even half of the CEOs who turn to him at a time of need would come slightly close to realizing the fancy business plans that they originally presented to him, he would be thrilled. Instead, it's always a litany of excuses. Bottom Line: Without the intervention of investment lenders like Mr. Canouse, many shareholders would see their holdings go into reverse mergers due to terminal failure. In the case of HADV, the company now has a new financing path to implement in 2026. The Canouse investment gave the company time to create the new structure.

The past convertible note holder enabled HADV to remain in good standing with regulatory authorities, and keep things going. The person that you refer to has been a friend to the company and is very happy that the company will receive this non-dilutional support.

This is not a Reverse Merger. Not so complicated. JASTLabs is a pharma start-up that has already invested time, money and effort to develop a significant new pharmaceutical. Their news release explains the value of their innovation. They will be starting to raise a significant sum through a public offering, as described in their news release. 10% of net proceeds will be invested in Health Advance (non-dilutionally) as a form of health tech diversification to give JASTLabs a hedge against FDA issues. HADV will be utilizing these funds to move forward with health tech alliances while JASTLabs focuses on pharma.

Health Advance Shareholder Update: Important Positive Development On Page 3 of the September 7, 2025 "Shareholder Questions Answered News Release" is a description of the pharmaceutical product to which (OTCID:HADV) will have a financial relationship. (Link at the end of this post). That project is proceeding. The green light has been given Nov 13, 2025 by the process cost backer, and his attorney. Health Advance involvement in this project will culminate in a capital infusion to HADV that does not dilute HADV common shares. The infusion will be from the proceeds of that organization's capital raise. Details will be discussed more in the upcoming HADV Quarterly Report that will be filed on November 19th instead of today. The 5 day delay in the Q filing is so that HADV management can properly reflect this important development in an MD&A discussion of the positive implications for HADV's future, as a "Subsequent Event" addition to the reporting period.
