Jackson State hybrid S Robert McDaniel, who went undrafted, has agreed to a free-agent deal with the Commanders, according to his agent Rasheeda Liberty. McDaniel was one of the top HBCU players in the nation whose versatility is tailor-made for Dan Quinn/Joe Whitt’s scheme.
