This afternoon, I met with the Health Care Association of New Jersey (HCANJ) during their annual fly-in to Washington, DC. We had a great discussion on the growing need for access to long-term care, the ongoing challenges nursing homes and assisted living facilities face in workforce recruitment and retention, and the importance of advancing initiatives that promote high-quality care for all patients.
