Cllr. Fiona Thompson launched Marie and Kevin's new under-7s Mockingbird hub, The Butterfly Clan. The hub supports fostering families in South/West Herts. Grete Lund -Fostering service manager said, "Over 20 foster families attended the fun launch party, forming new friendships."
