Constable pct 4 joins DHR and Hidalgo county sheriffs office on its new ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE PREVENTION PROGRAM in where DHR is partnering with local Law Enforcement Agencies to initiate its prevention program.

Hidalgo County Constable A “JR” Gaitan and his deputies participated this morning in Edinburg Cares Food drive. We assisted in distributing Turkeys to families around our community.

A ribbon cutting ceremony took place today to dedicate Hidalgo County’s new Justice Center in honor of Rumaldo Cerda Jr. Thanks to everyone whose vision and hard work led to today’s event.
