In game 2 today, Tommy Owens, David Gibson and Jacob Rzodkiewicz each collected 2 hits, and Wesleyville completed a DH sweep of Titusville winning 8-1.

In last nights win over French Creek Valley, Jason Fultz struck out 8 in 4 scoreless innings surrendering only 1 hit. For Wesleyville’s offense: Gio Barbato was 3 for 3 Tyler Burick was 2 for 3 with a 2B and 3B Tommy Owens and Preston Lanagan each collected 2 hits.

In game 1: Sam LaFuria grabs his first W of the season on the bump tossing 5.1 innings with 10 K’s and 1 ER. Tyler Burick, Noah Reigel and Alex Manendo each collected 2 hits and Jason Fultz hit a triple.

3A softball final: Harbor Creek 9, Corry 6 The Huskies are headed to the D-10 championship Monday against either Sharon or Fort LeBoeuf.

Baseball Jordan Cannon struck out 6 and allowed just 2 runs on 5 hits in a complete-game effort as General McLane beat Erie High 3-2. Tyler Burick and Jason Dolak each homered as Harbor Creek beat Northwestern 13-2.
