@vgargMD Yes! Much of it is also irresponsible outsourcing of decision-making, with little awareness of or regard for the numerous pitfalls lurking in casual “analytics” that are overladen with hidden assumptions, or too shallow to provide any true value.

How much of our pursuit of “data-driven insights” is just avoiding real conversations with people where we listen?

@sacjai Industry seems to think it is exempt from a dedication to customer service because it's in the business of "saving lives"... This need to change. Why do we industry professionals feel like patients should just "let us do our jobs"? How often do we view patients as a hassle? Tsk
